Utilization

a.Income Generating Activities (except Micro Credit Scheme):

Funds are to be utilised by the SCA(s) within 120 days from the date of release of funds by NSTFDC to the SCA(s).

b.Funds utilisation for Micro Credit Scheme:

• For SCAs:Within 60 days from the date of disbursement of funds by NSTFDC to SCAs.
• For SHGs:Within 30 days from the date of release of funds by SCAs to SHGs.

c.Marketing Support Activities:

Funds are to be utilised within 60 days by the SCA(s)/Borrowing Agency(ies) from the date of release of funds by NSTFDC to such organisations.

Note

NSTFDC funds released by the SCAs to the beneficiary(ies) or advanced to the manufacturer/ supplier of assets (in exceptional cases) towards procurement of approved items as specified in Letter of Intent (Sanction) issued by NSTFDC are only considered as funds utilised. However funds transferred by SCAs to its Branch/District Office(s) are not considered as funds utilised.
