GUIDELINES FOR AVAILING GRANT FOR SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES FROM NSTFDC

a.NORMS

• In order to create opportunities for self employment/employment financial assistance in the form of grant is provided through the SCAs for training programmes organized only through the Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Government body(ies).
• Entire recurring expenditure of the training programme may be provided as grant by NSTFDC.
• SCAs while submitting the training proposals shall indicate the post programme avenues for trainees by way of self employment or employment.
• Alongwith the proposal(s) SCAs shall submit the relevant information regarding details of institute's main activities training programmes already conducted copies of their Bye-laws and Annual Report(s) etc.
• SCAs shall provide the norms of eligibility criteria fixed by them for selection of applicants
• RELEASE OF GRANT: After approval of the proposal by NSTFDC and acceptance of terms and conditions of sanction by the SCAs NSTFDC’s share shall be released as follows:

b.Need based amount of grant shall be released to the training institutions through the SCAs as specified in the Letter of Sanction issued by NSTFDC.
